With all the excitement surrounding the Caracal i have made it a top priority to bring you quality information related to the pistol. Although it is not widely available, we have been able to secure a copy and I have been bit by bit exploring the pistol as time has allowed. This past weekend I took it on an impromptu range trip and was a bit disappointed in how it fared. It was probably my fault, but I'm still bummed.

If you haven't heard about the Caracal F it is time to take a look. I have spent a lot of time with 9mm, striker-fired pistols over the years and at first glance I really didn't think the Caracal was very different. It took me a bit of time to open my eyes and actually pay attention to see what this pistol has to offer.

Some folks have dubbed the Double Tap a fancy derringer. I think this is a pretty narrow view. Speaking of narrow, .58" in width. The Double Tap is aimed at the professionals and those that are serious about self-defense. Its size, design, materials and caliber all speak to its purpose as a fighting tool. Its innovative design, and serious price tag distinguish it from other small guns only time will tell if consumers are able to do the same.

I have taught lots of fun stuff throughout my life but today I got to teach a common topic for me to someone I NEVER thought I would have a chance to teach. My sister asked me to take her shooting.
