<p>Day 1: Day 1 was taught by Rob Pincus from I.C.E. Training. the first day was a bit scattered as the class was being taught by 3 different insturctors and Rob was trying to get the \\\\\\\" Big Picture \\\\\\\" items out of the way so we could concentrate on the core content for the next 2 days. After day 1, head was spinning and hurt, didnt have muych to say in the de-brief as it needed to process. Day 2: In the morning I came in with some concerns about what was said the day before, and i think it was more of how it was said more than what was said, spoke my peace and we went forward. Today was Paul mostly and he answered a lot of the questions that were left and put most of the information we had day 1, into perspective and made things seem more organized. We had some range time, how ever short, but was suficient for our needs, probably the most comfortable we were. Paul is very good at delivering information, still information overload. Today we were introduced more to Jamie but he had limited contact. The amount of information that was delivered in the first 2 days would be at least 1 weeks worth in most advanced college classes. Went to dinner after de-brief, totally physically and mentally spent. Day 3: Here we are looking at the end and a 5 hour drive home. Well, maybe not. We started into the last part which was the new informaiton as this was a new ID class which was now for 2 classes. The information given today was every bit as intense as the first and second days, the range again being short but suficient for the ability of the group. There was a lot of thing that made sense but still a lot of confusion due to the amount of info and trying to keep it all in the correct format and context. The written test wasn\\\\\\\'t as bad as i thought but still have question as to weather I passed or not and wondering how it is graded, by question or by answer as there are several questions with multiple answers. The teaching portion, at the point we did it, was at the point that there was almost nothing left to give, head was vapor locked. I have no idea, I didnt go back and look to see what I missed, if necessary, I will send a video tape. after the de-brief, we went and got some food and coffee for the road and drove home. didnt make it to work the next day, my head hurt too much. In conclusion, I find myself waking up thinking about the information and what I learned and when people ask what we learned, I find the words I fought so hard to recite just seem to roll off of my tongue, so I guess i really did learn more than I thought. Still working on typing out my notes and working on the material as we have a class coming up and we are going to use some of the information we learned to better our class.
